Delivery
Our standard carriage charge (UK mainland) is £5.00 including v.a.t. Items will be dispatched within 10 to 14 working days of receipt of payment. The exception to this is if an item is out of stock, we will advise you by email / phone if this is the case. Please contact us for non-UK mainland or international enquiries prior to ordering; as these will be subject to a different carriage charge (the amount dependant on destination). |

Returns Policy
In line with our standard policy, our 14-day money back guarantee means you can return your item(s) for exchange or refund (excludes special order items). Please make sure that the item(s) are unused, and returned to us undamaged in their original packaging. All that we require is that you pay the return carriage charge. With any product found to be defective in manufacture, please contact us by email or phone to arrange for a replacement product. Items may be returned for exchange or replacement within 14 days (this does not include special order items). Please contact us before returning any item. We will then advise on the best procedure to return your item(s). Please return items in their original condition, and in the original packaging, including all relevant paper work / receipts etc. In line with our standard policy, Ideal Home Accessories reserves the right to apply a 10% handling charge where goods are returned for any other reason (i.e. goods ordered in error or surplus to requirements). On examination of the returned goods refunds will be credited within 28 days. All items should be returned along with a copy of the invoice and a returns number (issued by Ideal Home Accessories). Ideal Home Accessories are not liable for goods returned by any other means unless receipt, credit or acknowledgement has been issued within 28 days from the date of return.
